B & B and whether it is the right choice for you. Learn how determine what your needs and motivations are and how to fit yourself to the right property. Find out what kinds of properties are available and how to go about getting financing. Leave class with the resources to get started making this dream job your reality. Roxanne Kolbe and Becky Goldsmith of InnMatchmakers, LLC teach how to find and finance properties for the Bed and Breakfast Innkeepers of Colorado Association (BBIC). Additionally they are part of the inn valuations panel for PAII (the national innkeeper’s organization) and track inn sales in Colorado for that organization.
