Growing Through the Hard Times
Have you ever questioned staying in your primary relationship or wondered if there might be someone better suited for you? Much of Val and Judi’s relationship has been difficult and each has had times of doubt about whether she should leave. Yet they’re still together, still having fun, still working on their relationship, and learning a lot along the way. Understanding your relationship as path can lead to growth that doesn’t happen otherwise. The ways we work with difficult emotional material that comes up is what spurs growth. This class is 1/2 fun, 1/2 hard work, and 1/2 spiritual. Don’t think that adds up? Well, sometimes things don’t, but can still work out anyway.
Val Stepien and Judi von Gaia have Master’s degrees in Clinical Social Work and have been long-term students of various spiritual traditions. Couples or individuals and all sexual orientations are welcome.
