Lead with the Truth
GUTSPAH!® is a method for intelligent truth telling. It helps people speak their mind in a way that resolves conflict and reduces incivility. Empowering, uplifting and fun, GUTSPAH!® is just the good stuff—good chutzpah! In this two-part course, learn the six principles of intelligent truth telling and practice them in a safe supportive environment. After learning the basic principles, you will rehearse scenarios with other class participants so you are ready to take your truth into the real world. Bring a communication problem to work on. Put the skills you learn to work during the week and return to debrief the results and refine your approach in the second session. Karen Kataline, MSW, is a professional actress, social worker and corporate trainer. In class she will help you to loosen up and break through the inhibitions that keep you from speaking up.
