Indian Cuisine
Spend a few hours learning about Indian cuisine while cooking an authentic Indian feast. Explore and learn how to use the spices that make Indian food truly mouth-watering. During this hands-on class, students will create an Indian meal while learning tips and tricks that can be applied immediately after class, at home. The menu includes butter chicken, chicken with coriander, dal (lentil soup), rasam, vegetable curry, basmati rice and raita (yogurt salad). End the class with a wonderful sit-down dinner where you’ll enjoy all the delicious dishes you’ve just created. Instructor
