We have several great classes that might help you, though all have the beginner in mind. Check out Beginning Improv starting Jan 4, or Beginning Acting & Scene Study starting January 15, or a longer Improv I starting in February.

I am in a unique situation. A group of friends and I have put together a small comedy improve/stand- up/ skit group in which we perform original works in front of an nonlinear audience. Although I’m getting more comfortable being in front of thecameda, I would like to improve my acting skills, particularly in the realms of improve, stand-up, and general memorization techniques. What do you recommend? Thank you for your assistance.

I don’t know much about kettlebells. My 8yr. old has shown an interest in weight lifting. Is he too young for one of these?
