Colorado Free University is descended from the free speech movement of the 1960s. We are “free” because our teachers are our peers from the community with expertise to freely share with those who wish to learn. We welcome all interested parties to join us in providing quality educational seminars for Metro-Denver residents.

CFU is always on the lookout for dynamic and knowledgeable teachers. The following lists some of the classes we think the community would be interested in right now. Bolded listings are topics that we are particularly keen to add. If you are interested in teaching one of the classes below, or have another idea for a fun, enriching class, please feel welcome to email our Programming Department. You may also submit a course proposal online.
We are reviewing proposals and interviewing for the May 2012 catalog now. The May catalog will have teachers start teaching in July and schedule classes through September and October. Deadline for submission for consideration in the May program : April 13, 2012.
However, you can submit a proposal at any time to be considered for the next review/hiring period.
