FAQs

What level am I?
You can determine your level by taking our online quizzes or by calling us during our business hours. The Conversation classes should be taken after completing the corresponding grammar classes.

What kind of Spanish do you teach?
Our program gives students communication skills that will be understood in any Spanish speaking country. We do not teach the conjugation of vosotros which is used only in Spain, nor vos which is used primarily in Argentina, Uruguay and Costa Rica.

What can I do if I have to miss a class?
If you are unable to attend a class, you can keep up by studying the workbook and listening to the CD. We will do our best to find you a make-up class on a different day or night if there is space available, however, we can’t guarantee this.

Do you offer classes for teens or children?
Our classes are for adults ages 17 and up.

What does it take to become fluent?
Students who complete our program and use Spanish outside of the classroom, are at a very high level. The key to fluency is finding something that keeps you involved with the language, whether it be classes, conversation groups, music, travel, etc.
