Summer Cooking Classes (and Beer too!)

dreamstime_Julia BritvichSummer is all about relaxing and sharing with friends, so what better way to do it than by taking a cooking class and learning some fun new recipes or techniques to share with your gang? We’ve got a great summer line-up, that includes everything from pizza making (a perfect way to keep the kids entertained) and to beer brewing (take it now so it’s ready to enjoy on a hot August day) to terrific international cuisines (Japanese, Indian, world vegetarian) that really are highlight summer garden bounty. Oh–and don’t forget jam making and pickling so you can taste the sweetness of summer deep into next winter.

June 28, 2014: International Vegetarian

July 12, 2014: Jams, Jellies, & Preserves: Learn to Can
